Booking and visits:

What happens between your first message and the finished groom.

Use the Book a groom form or call us. Tell us about your dog, add a photo if you can, and say when suits you. We'll get back to you to agree a time.
We park outside, say hello and agree what you'd like, then groom your dog in the van. Afterwards we show you the result.
We'd like you there at the start and the end. You're welcome to get on with your day while we groom.
It depends on the coat. Many dogs do well every six to eight weeks, and we'll suggest a schedule after your first visit.
